Ice bubbles

These bells are decorated with a speckled glaze that reminds me of bubbles of air trapped in sheets of ice that I saw on my morning walks this winter. I made them using tiny chips of dried solid colored glazes that I sprinkled over a snow white base. The beaded clappers are glazed in solid colors and the insides are a deep wintery blue.
