I package every piece for a safe and happy trip through the United States Postal System! You will receive tracking information when your order has shipped. However, I have no control over what happens once the box leaves my studio. If your piece arrives in... pieces, I am happy to help.
If you are a local customer, I may be able to offer discounted delivery to your address! Please select "Local Delivery" at checkout after entering your address. Make sure to leave directions in the "Add Note for Local Delivery" section of your cart to let me know where I can safely leave your package if you are away. Your order will be wrapped and placed in a thick craft bag unless you would prefer a box. Please note your preference. Please contact me with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your original purchase arrives to you damaged, please alert me within 7 days from the date of receipt (as determined by shipment tracking details provided by 3rd party mailing companies). Include photos of the damage of the piece as well as photos of the box and packaging in the state it was upon arrival. If I have additional inventory, I will replace your item. If it is out of stock or you purchased a one-of-a-kind item, I will refund your order minus the cost of taxes & credit card fees already paid. Replacing items damaged during shipping without cost is only available if I receive a message from you with photos within 1 week of the package arriving, per the tracking number delivery date.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. I am unable to offer exchanges, refunds, returns on any items. The only exception is if you order arrives damaged. Please see above for more details. As a small business, I must operate with sustainable practices in mind and cannot function like large corporations that have fluid returns or exchange processes. Thank you for understanding!
